Technical introduction

Laser rapid prototyping is a prototype that uses discrete stratification and layer-by-layer stacking to directly use the 3D computer data of the product. The materials used in the rapid prototyping of ultraviolet lasers are mainly photosensitive resins. The surface is smooth and the quality is good; the molding precision is high, the precision is 0.1mm; the molding product with very fine details and thin-wall structure can be made with high precision and easy post-processing.

Laser engraving

Laser engraving processing is based on numerical control technology, and laser is the processing medium. The physical degeneration of the processed material under the laser irradiation and the vaporization instantaneously achieves the purpose of processing.

Gemstone marking

The watch gemstone glass engraving mainly uses the ultraviolet laser to have a very high single-pulse energy, which can instantly form an explosion point (vaporization) inside the glass. The left picture shows the logo of the sapphire on the inside of the Rolex watch. The mark is only 0.8mm. .

Printed circuit board drilling

In commercial production, there are two laser technologies available for laser drilling. The CO2 laser wavelength is in the far infrared range, and the ultraviolet laser wavelength is in the ultraviolet range.

Metal material drilling

Laser drilling is a highly efficient method of machining holes. When the drilled hole diameter is in the range of 0.125 to 1.2 mm and the hole depth to hole ratio is <16, laser drilling is more economical and efficient than drilling methods such as mechanical, electrical corrosion, electrochemical and electron beam. However, the potential for widespread laser drilling has not been fully exploited. For example, with laser drilling, products with satisfactory geometry, conicity and other technical properties can only be obtained with a drilling aperture of >0.125 mm

Laser cutting

The laser cutting device can cut stainless steel below 4mm, and oxygen can be cut into 20mm thick carbon steel in the laser beam, but after oxygen cutting, a thin oxide film is formed on the cutting surface. The maximum thickness of the cut can be increased to 20 mm, but the dimensional error of the cutting member is large.
