Causes and solutions of UV laser marking machine display and fan failures

1. Computer failure

1.1 The computer screen does not display

 

Cause analysis:

The screen signal cable is poorly connected or the computer graphics card is damaged; the video cable is damaged; the computer graphics card is damaged; the monitor is not turned on or turned on; the monitor contrast and brightness settings are incorrect.

 

Solution:

Connect the screen signal cable or replace the computer graphics card, reset the monitor brightness and contrast, and turn on the monitor.

 

1.2 The screen display is incorrect, graphics are displayed, and characters are damaged.

 

Cause analysis:

Operation error;

 

Solution:

Press the reset switch (reset) on the computer to restart the computer.

 

2. The power fan does not rotate after the computer is turned on.

 

Cause analysis:

The computer power supply is damaged and the fan blades are blocked by foreign matter.

 

Solution:

Replace the computer's regulated power supply (standard power supplies are not expensive, and replacement is easier and cheaper than repair). Remove foreign matter from the fan blades.

 

3. The indicator light does not light up after turning on the computer or controller of the UV laser machine.

 

Cause analysis:

The power cord is not inserted correctly, the power cord is not plugged in properly, the power cord (or plug) is corroded, the printing switch is damaged, or the socket is not turned on.

 

Solution:

Plug in the power cord and check whether there is power at the socket (Note: Do not repair without relevant knowledge, please consult an expert if necessary).
