355nm 紫外激光打标的优缺点
紫外激光打标机也叫紫外线激光打标机,是激光打标机系列下的其中一种产品。要知道,传统的激光打标机通常采用的激光是热加工技术,在精细度提升上有限制。而紫外(uv)激光打标机其波长是355nm,属于冷光源,加工过程被叫做:“光蚀”效应。
其工作原理即依靠激光能量打断原子及分子间的键合,让其成为小分子气化或蒸发掉。这种加工工艺聚焦光斑小,对于加工热影响区的影响很细微,并且无烟、无污染、所以才能够进行超精细打标及特殊材料标记。
目前紫外激光打标机已广泛应用于精细加工行业中:药品、食品、化妆品及其他高分子材料的包装表面标记。
还有光学器件、LCD液晶玻璃、玻璃器皿表面、塑胶按键、金属表面镀层、电子元件、3C产品等多个行业。
但紫外激光打标机也有一个很大的缺点,就是紫外激光器在工作时,紫外晶体容易吸附腔内灰尘。因为紫外线波长短,本身就十分容易破坏晶体,所以通常在使用12000小时后紫外晶体就会变脏而导致功率下降,进而使紫外激光器的寿命终结。
