对于初学者来说,紫外激光打标机的操作可能不太熟悉,例如一些参数的调节,不知如何下手,今天瑞丰恒激光小编给大家分享关于紫外激光打标机参数怎么调节。
一般来说深度不够的话可以调节其场镜和功率以及打标速度等三内参数,如果是会颜色深浅问题,需要调节频率和其速度。工业生产讲究的是速率,一般客户都很在乎一分钟能打多少,或者一个需要多长时间打好,这种情况尽量把功率调大,然后加快速度,调大频率来达到慢打标同样的效果。
在不确认参数过程中,先根据经验调节一个参数,然后再根据打出来的效果来判断是否要加大功率还是降低功率,增加或较少打标速度等参数。
紫外激光打标机对加工对材料的加工深度及加工速度不足的直接原因是:激光加工的有效功率密度小。对于相同的材料,(注意:不是功率),光功率密度是指在单位面积上的功率,计算公式为:激光功率密度 = 激光功率 / 激光光斑面积。
