几款主流脉冲激光器打标机适用材质及效果对比

在选用激光打标机时,首先确认自己的产品材质,因为不同的材质吸收激光的程度不一样,影响吸光程度的由激光的波长决定,不同的激光波长被命名为不同的激光源,因此,针对不同的材质,要选用不同的激光源。
光纤激光打标机,波长1064nm,主要运用领域:五金、塑料、标签纸等;
CO2激光打标机,波长10.6nm,主要运用领域:竹木、布料、陶瓷、亚克力、真皮等;(原理:采用CO2气体充入放电管作为产生激光的介质,当在电极上加高电压,放电管中产生辉光放电,就可使气体分子释放激光,将激光能量放大后就形成对材料加工的激光束。)
紫外激光打标机(UV激光打标机),波长355nm,主要运用领域:硅胶、UV塑料、纸张、玻璃等热敏材料;
绿光激光打标机,波长532nm,主要运用领域:薄膜、水果、鸡蛋、纸盒、强化玻璃等热敏材料。
难道一种材质只能使用一种激光源雕刻吗?当然不是,有的材质适用多种激光源,但对不同波段的激光吸收程序不一,呈现的效果有好有差,看用户的接受程序。例如:玻璃雕刻可以用二氧化碳、紫外、绿光的三种激光源,效果:
二氧化碳激光打标机——打玻璃比较粗糙,容易产生玻璃渣:
紫外激光打标机——冷光源,玻璃打标非常精细,均匀;
绿光激光打标机——玻璃内雕,内部平面雕刻。
所以,如何选择合适的激光打标机,就需要重点看样品打标的效果,看样品效果决定使用哪种激光打标机。
