紫外绿光激光器打标延时怎么处理

1、激光打标机热透镜的效果:主要由驱动板、伺服电机和 x-y 光学反射镜组成。当反射镜的反射率较低时,介质中有杂质存在,表面受到污染,当激光束照射时,反射镜会产生热变形,最后经过反射镜后,光斑变小,深度变短。
2、激光打标机电极部分:激光打标机激光器一般采用圆柱形冷阴极,阴极材料为激光。场透镜主要由凹凸透镜组成。
3、激光打标机谐振腔的总镜:通常是基于光学玻璃,表面镀有金膜。金膜反射镜的反射率在10.6 um 附近大于98% ,谐振腔的输出镜通常是由可以传输10.6 um 辐射的红外线材料Ge制成的。
4、光延时:激光打标机上打标开始时激光的延时时间。通过设置适当的开启延迟参数,可以消除标记开始处出现的“匹配头” ,但如果开启延迟参数设置得过大,则会导致开始段钢笔丢失现象。可以发出值、负值的激光提前标记时间光。
5、关灯延迟:标记结束时关闭激光器的延迟时间。设置合适的关灯延时参数,可以去除打标完成时的未闭合现象,但如果关灯延时设置太多,会导致末端部分出现“火柴头”。不能是负数。
6、点位判断: 按住回车键不放连续标记,主光束上升下降时,观察工作台上激光光束的亮度,听标记声音,点平面点为强度最强、声音最大时。聚焦后,关闭启动开关,固定主光束。
