FPC主要应用于电子产品的连接,作为信号传输的媒介存在,具有高度可靠性和绝佳可挠性。柔性线路板的优点在于配线、组装密度高,省去多余排线的连接;弯折性好、柔软度高、可靠性高;体积小、重量轻、厚度薄;可设定电路、增加接线层和弹性;结构简单、安装方便、装连一致。

紫外绿光激光切割FPC的优势

3、 由于传统加工工艺是一种接触式的机加工方法,必然会对FPC产生加工应力,可能造成物理损伤,激光切割柔性电路板是非接触式加工,有效避免加工材质损伤、变形。
