激光切割技术在电池硅片的应用光伏
光伏产业作为全球新能源发展的“主力军”,产生之初便深受市场追捧。近年来,随着政策的推动和光伏类企业不断的降本增效,“光伏平价”已成为热词。太阳能电池板的普及也极大的推动了光伏行业的发展。
硅电池,无论是晶硅电池还是薄膜硅电池在光伏发电中都有着重要作用。在晶硅电池中,由高纯度的单晶/多晶切成电池用的硅片,利用激光来精确地切割、成型、划线,制成电池后再组串。用激光来划片切割硅片是目前非常先进的,它使用精度高、而且重复精度也高、工作稳定、速度快、操作简单、维修方便。
激光切割技术在电磁硅片的应用优势?
相比传统的切割技术,激光切割采用无接触式加工,切边平整,无损耗,不会损伤晶片结构,电性参数要优于传统切割方式,既提高了成品率,降低了成本。切缝宽度小,精度高,激光功率可调,可以控制切割厚度,从而实现太阳能电池的减薄。激光切割技术可应用于大面积电池片进行划线切割,精确控制切割精度及厚度,进一步减少切割碎屑,提高电池利用率。
