纳秒紫外激光切割有哪些优势?

纳秒激光切割机拥有超短脉冲时间,单个脉冲作用时间只有几个纳秒时间内,因此其热影响非常小,甚至于可以忽略不计。相比较于纳秒激光切割机的加工,整个加工过程中没有重铸材料、加工过程干净,激光能量的吸收对材料或波长的依赖性更小。因此在微精密激光加工领域,超快激光加工系统的纳秒激光切割机和飞秒激光切割机提供了广阔的发挥空间,其加工特性注定了其日后的重要地位。
纳秒激光切割机相比较于纳秒激光除了加工效果和加工速度更优质外,在市场应用领域,纳秒激光也有更广阔的空间,如太阳能电池激光刻蚀(线宽更窄)、OLED激光切割(崩边更小)、脆性材料激光打孔(速度更快)等等,能够做到纳秒级别时间范围内无法做的事,其主要在于热影响区的影响,从下图我们可以很直观的看到超快纳秒激光与纳秒激光的差异性。图中我们发现纳秒范围内对材料的热影响区域以及热影响所带来的影响,而超快纳秒激光切割机几乎是可忽略的热影响,因而加工效果更理想。同时,作用时间短、精度更高,加工速度也更快。
虽然现在市场上还是以纳秒激光切割机为主,但随着精密切割技术的飞速发展,对激光切割设备的要求也会越来越高,微精密激光加工设备必将深入到各个行业。
