脉冲紫外绿光激光切割太阳能PI薄膜网版的优势

目前主流的太阳能网版加工是采用曝光法,在感光材料上制作电极图案;激光切割是革命性网版加工技术,为行业降本增效做贡献。
与传统曝光网版工艺相比,激光切割网版主要有以下优势:
网版使用寿命:采用PI材料替代感光材料制作网版,耐摩擦性能更好,与先进的两次印刷技术搭配,网版的使用寿命可达2倍以上,直接降低了单片电池的网版分摊成本;另外网版更换频率的减少使丝印工序的产能提升和银浆损耗的降低,进一步降低了非硅成本;
过程更环保:激光处理属于物理加工,无需化学显影液,无废液排放,对环境更加友好,极大改善了员工的工作环境;
图案更变:在激光打标软件里直接绘制电极图案,省去制作曝光底片步骤,变更快捷,便于为客户提供定制化开发方案;
加工精度和品质:极大提高了良品率,另外激光加工可获得优异的开口锥度、更细的栅线宽度,优化印刷电极的高宽比,从而进一步降低银浆单耗。
激光切割网版前,需在网版表面黏贴PI薄膜。PI薄膜网版加工工艺是将特定波长的激光束聚焦在PI膜上,使用激光的热效应将PI膜及对应的胶层熔融以及气化,形成特定的图形。太阳能网版薄膜激光切割设备可7*24小时长期稳定运行,可兼容不同尺寸的网版,拥有高精度CCD定位系统+高精度XY直线电机平台配置,减小精度误差。设备加工一片160mm*160mm的PI网版总加工时间≤15分钟,加工效率相对传统工艺大大提高;在加工过程中,钢网无损伤,加工边缘无毛刺、无残胶;加工锥度及线头极差均控制在5μm内,线宽可调,成品率高达99%以上。
