紫外绿光激光器切割技术在太阳能电池上的应用前景

薄膜太阳能电池产品可分为晶体硅薄膜电池和其他薄膜电池两类,前者包含单晶硅电池和多晶硅电池两种。硅片切割是生产单晶硅电池的关键,通常采用线切割来进行切片,线切割的有点是效率高,但硅片切割的厚度大,切割平整度差,且易使边缘产生破裂。
相比线切技术,紫外绿光激光切割采用无接触式加工,无应力,因此切边平直蒸汽,无损耗,不会损伤晶片结构,既提高了成品率,降低了成本,切缝宽度小,精度高,激光功率可调,可以控制切割厚度,从而实现太阳能电池的减薄。激光切割技术可应用于大面积电池片进行划线切割,精确控制切割精度及厚度,进一步减少切割碎屑,提高电池利用率。
由于精度高,非接触加工等特点,紫外绿光激光切割技术在太阳能电池前景非常广阔。
