紫外激光打标机调整焦距的功能,实质上就是一套能上下调节的机械结构。目前的市面上激光打标机焦距调节的方法不外乎谐振腔升降和工作台升降两种。
而工作台升降是目前市面上紫外激光打标机主流的调节焦距方式,其原理是工作台平面四角由四根光圆支撑,中间位一根丝杆;工作台底座上有4个导套,中间有一套螺母机构,该螺母通过一对伞齿轮转向90度传递,在工作台前部有一个手柄旋转,调节工作台高度。
该节构从原理上说比较复杂,零件多,尤其四个光圆和导套与丝杆之间由于加工精度的问题,容易造成在升降过程中不顺畅,工作台平面边升降边扭摆。更关键的是,这样的机构机械强度非常差,对于重型的工件并不适应,长期使用会造成紫外激光打标机工作台平面扭转。
