什么因素能影响着脉冲紫外绿光激光器的打标速度

买脉冲紫外绿光激光打标机时,都很关注设备的工作速度,因为它直接影响着产品的产量。那是什么因素影响着纳秒紫外绿光激光打标速度?对激光的打标速度有两个影响因素。一是内部因素,主要是设备本身,另一为工件加工。
装置自身的主要因素有激光频率、光斑模式、波束发散角、激光功率、合理的光学成形、气体、材料等。顾客购买激光打标机时,应考虑到这一点,并根据专业工程师的意见进行选择。二是对激光光斑尺寸、打标宽、打标密度、打标深度进行了分析。
光斑尺寸:激光点数越小,打标次数越少。激光点数越大,打标速度就越快。但是还是有一定限度的。
标号幅面:由于大比例尺电流计的偏转面积增大,导致标号标高速度比小标号标号慢。
打标密度:同一格式、同一点、同一深度时,打标密度越高,打标速度越慢,其原因在于密度直接增大了打标面积。
打标深度:根据作业要求,若需加深打标深度,则需调整激光打标机的参数,增大功率、电流等因素,从而影响打标速度。
