355nm紫外激光器打标怎么识别故障原因

所有机器都有故障的时候,今天我们来聊聊紫外激光打标机在使用过程中,可能会遇到哪些故障呢。让紫外激光打标机发生故障的原因有很多,可能是激光器选择不当的原因,也可能是主板、线路板、电源或者控制线链接冷却水循环系统出现了故障,那么紫外激光打标机怎么识别故障原因,下面我们来看看怎么解决。
紫外激光打标机
1.拉动激光打标机的控制线,看是否有松动的控制线,连接是否可靠。
2.检查激光器在参数设置中是否正确使用。主要原因是持续发光失效。
3.如果点射正常,就意味着没有电源故障。相反,射点异常,即电源故障。
4.拆下电源线路中的控制线,点击激光电源的点击按钮,分析电源或主板造成的故障。
5.当电源正常时,连接控制线,用万用表测量端子板上的开关控制引脚,无灯,正常电压大于4伏特,小于3伏特,主板输出异常;发光时,引脚电压应低于2伏特,异常输出应高于2.5伏特。
经过以上几点的调查,紫外激光标记机的故障原因基本可以确定。故障原因明确后,可以解决问题,保证紫外激光标记机的正常高效工作。
