在小孔加工中,深径比是衡量小孔加工难度的重要指标。对于激光束钻孔,激光束参数比其他钻孔方法更容易优化,因此可以获得比电火花钻孔和机械钻孔大得多的深径比。一般来说,机械钻孔和电火花钻孔的深径比不超过10。
使用激光钻孔所能实现的特点有哪些
高能激光束冲孔不受材料硬度、刚度、强度、脆性等机械性能的限制。适用于红宝石、蓝宝石、陶瓷、人造金刚石、天然金刚石等一般难以加工的非金属材料。由于大多数难加工材料具有强度高、硬度高、导热率低、加工硬化方便、化学亲和力强等特点,切割加工阻力大、温度高、工具寿命短、表面粗糙度差、倾斜面冲孔等因素使冲孔更加困难。
