脉冲紫外绿光激光器微纳加工技术介绍

脉冲激光微加工指的是利用脉冲宽度在皮秒致纳秒量级的脉冲激光对材料的显微加工、精密裁切或微观改性。从材料性能变化来说,可分为表面形貌。折射率、离子价态、相态、缺陷态、晶态、化学键以及能带结构等的修饰与调控。
脉冲应用加工领域有:印刷电路、LED、医疗器械、太阳能电池、液晶显示基板、微光机电系统等
脉冲激光与常规激光相比有哪些优势呢?
1、加工尺寸更小;
2、可实现高精度的非热熔型加工;
3、能克服等离子体屏蔽作用和掺杂、缺陷对激光吸收影响;
4、加工过程只与被加工材料院子特征有关,不受特性影响
纳秒激光与准分子激光加工的区别?
准分子激光加工与纳秒激光都可进行微细加工,但是准分子对加工对象依据波长对材料有选择性,使得加工材料与范围受限;另外,准分子激光可被透明材料表面吸收,只能对表面微细加工。而纳秒激光不仅能进行微细加工,还可以对透明材料内部进行加工,且加工尺寸更小,精度跟高。
相对于传统的激光打标、激光焊接、激光切割等,超短脉冲激光精密微细加工还属于新兴市场。未来十年内超短脉冲激光技术在全球将会有250亿美元的市场,平均每年有超25亿元的市场。随着超短脉冲激光器件趋向更加成熟的工业应用,超短脉冲激光微纳加工技术将开拓更为广阔的应用领域,成为诸多行业不可或缺的利器,为科技造福社会创造更为美好的明天。
