紫外绿光激光器切割在医疗器械中的应用

近年来激光切割在医疗器械生产应用中已越来越广泛,由于加工精度高、速度快、非接触切割、柔性加工等特点,激光切割机在医疗器械业已经成为常用的生产工具,用于对所有常规的材料作焊接、切割和打标等处理。
无论是在生产内窥镜、医疗器械还是植入体中的金属材料。激光切割机都工作准确、快速并且重复性加工,能够实现优异的加工质量。某些产品不用激光甚至无法生产,例如心脏起搏器。激光可以密封和无气孔地焊接钛金属外壳。由于切割断面质量好,所以无需后续加工,节省了时间、人力成本。
在内窥镜上,激光将细管焊接在一起,并切割钻孔和活节。准确定量的激光脉冲作用区域小,使得工件热反应区小,确保工件不会扭曲变形。激光切割可以使工件表面平滑,尽量减少毛刺,且无需后续加工。由于灵活性强,激光可以很好地适应医疗器械业的不同领域,例如加工矫形植入体等等。
