脉冲紫外激光器切割铜箔的切割分析

铜箔在电子应用上也是常见的部件之一,它一种阴质性电解材料,沉淀于电路板基底层上的一层薄的、连续的金属箔, 它作为线路板的导电体。铜箔就是很薄的铜产品。像纸一样的铜,它的厚度是用微米来表示的。一般在5um-135um之间,越薄越宽的就越不好生产出来简单的说,将铜压成非常薄的薄片,就是铜箔了。
在铜箔的切割应用上,紫外激光切割机应用的较为常见和广泛,铜箔切割的难度在于切割边缘无碳化、无毛刺,不会使铜箔变形,实现卷对卷加工模式。一般的激光切割机热影响较大,而且应用的方向不同,精度相对紫外激光切割机低,边缘碳化眼中,边缘的热影响会是的铜箔翘起变形。
紫外激光切割机的优点在于其采用的激光器为冷光源,对加工材料的热影响小,加工缝隙小,加工边缘光滑、无毛刺,特别适用于超薄金属材料切割,如铜箔,超薄金属合金等。另外在导电金属薄膜领域也有广泛的应用。紫外激光切割机的加工模式采用振镜扫描方式,底部采用真空吸附,冷光源减小热影响,实现对铜箔的完美切割,同样适用于超薄金属切割。
紫外激光切割机在切割铜箔应用上考量不仅仅是设备硬件,还有工艺经验、工艺能力等等综合实力评估,做好铜箔切割,就需要激光设备供应商去突破在紫外激光切割机上的创新。
