“黄河之水天上来”、激光雕刻“冰雪五环”、“雪花火炬”飘扬升空……冬奥会开幕后,这些科技感满满的场面持续刷屏朋友圈。
其实,不仅仅是开幕式,从火炬设计到场馆建设,从室内到室外,本届冬奥会处处都有激光“黑科技”的加持,也不乏优秀激光企业的身影。而这其中的不少环节,都展示了激光技术的硬核实力和激光应用的无限前景。
24道激光“雕刻”成“冰雪五环”
开幕式上,刻骨铭心的画面就是“冰立方”缓缓被激光“雕刻”成晶莹璀璨的五环的画面。
24道激光刻刀从高处投射而来,雕刻反转。冰球运动员挥杆击“球”,“冰立方”逐渐碎裂,巨大的冰雪五环从中露出真容,缓缓上升,五环破冰而出。
02. “飞扬”火炬1268个装饰图案由激光雕刻
北京冬奥会火炬“飞扬”整体外观自下而上从寓示吉祥的祥云纹样逐渐过渡到剪纸风格的雪花图案,旋转上升,如丝带飘舞,最后呈现为飞扬的火焰。“飞扬”优雅的外观之下,包含着硬核科技,其中也少不了激光雕刻的身影。
“飞扬”火炬主要分为三个部分:外飘带、内飘带和氢气燃烧装置。外壳采用了碳纤维复合材料则为全球首次,通过全国首创、全球领先的三维编织装置制造。织出的外衣仅仅是火炬柔软的“骨架”,再向里注入特殊树脂,固化成型后才能成为坚实的外壳。然后进行打磨、喷涂,再利用激光雕刻,刻出火炬身上1268个图案装饰,最后完成整体总装。
