脉冲355nm紫外激光器结构分析

任何物质均是由分子 原子组成,进一步分析,在原子里存在电子 质子中子等微粒子,电子绕原子核转动距离的不同,可以把原子分成不同的能级。紫外激光器结构通常把原子处在最低的能级状态称为基态;能级比基态高的状态称为激发态。处于激发态的原子,在没有外界信号作用下,自发地跃迁到低能态时产生的光辐射,称之为自发辐射。原处于高能级E2的粒子,受到外界能量为(如光照射)的光子的激励,发出与入射光子相同的一个光子而跃迁到低能级E1其辐射出的光子频率由两个能级间的能量差来决定,即hν=E2 -E1。也可以看下上期文章紫外激光器的应用趋势。
紫外激光器结构
原子获得能量后处于不稳定状态(也就是激发状态),它会以光子的形式把能量发射出去。这种通过受激辐射光扩大(Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation)就是激光名字的由来,激光,就是被引诱(激发)出来的光子队列,光学特性一样,步调极其一致。
1)激光能量密度高,这对高熔点、高热导率材料的焊接特别有利。
2)焊缝深宽比大,比能小,热影响区小,焊件变形小,故特别适于精密、热敏感部件的焊接,常可以免去焊后矫形、加工工艺。
3)一般不加填充金属。
4)激光可透过透明体进行焊接,以防杂质污染和腐蚀,适用于真空仪器元件的焊接。
5)焊接系统具有高度的柔性,易于实现自动化。
