如何提升355nm紫外532nm绿光激光的打标速度

一般情况下,将影响纳秒紫外绿光激光打标机标速度主要原因可分为两个方面,一是激光打标机本身,二是加工工件。接下来瑞丰恒激光小编将具体介绍一下如何提升打标进行打标。
影响激光打标机本身的因素主要有激光频率、激光器的光斑形式和发散角、激光功率,合理的光学配合加工。顾客在购买激光打标机时,要考虑这个问题,要根据专业的技术工程师的意见来选择型号。这里有牌匾、玻璃切割、双色板刻、水晶奖杯等。
另外还包括打标时的密度、打标的幅度、打标的深度及光斑的大小。
一、打标密度问题。
同样幅面、相同光斑和同一深度,打标的密度越高,相应的打标速度就越慢,这是因为标的区域密度直接增大。
二是打标幅存在的问题。
较小幅面的打标速度较低,主要表现在较大幅面上的偏转范围增大;
三是打标深度问题。
若需加深打标深度,且需对激光打标机参数进行调节,可以提高光纤激光打标机的功率和电流等参数,对打标的速度有一定的影响。
