为确保金属表面的洁净,许多金属制品在其表面上覆盖一层薄膜,即通常所说的带膜金属材料。比如,我们常见的覆盖金属有门窗,厨具等。所以,金属表面的薄膜用激光可以切割吗?不会烧糊吗?
金属薄膜激光切割
事实上,激光切割机加工覆膜金属材料并不困难。介绍一下激光切割机怎样切割覆膜金属材料;按照我们通常的切割思路,为了保证覆膜不被损坏,一般都会先将覆膜的一面切割,没有覆膜的一面朝下,最好是在一个面朝下安装气动装置,避免机床支撑划伤板材。裁剪过程如下:切割时激光头应在10mm左右,调功率为300W左右,再烧一次膜,烧掉保护膜,最后切断。
为何要切掉薄膜的一边?有个原因。若薄膜一面朝下,激光切割机切割过程中溅出的残渣会附着在薄膜上,造成薄膜表面粗糙,很难进行处理。所以瑞丰恒激光推荐客户先切割覆盖面。
