10 watt nanosecond UV Laser engraved photos on ceramic tiles without paint. To meet the market demand, RFH newly developed S9 series solid state pulsed UV laser in 2020. Comparing with its kinds, S9 series solid state pulsed UV laser features more compact and delicate design with more stable laser output.Its compact design suggests no necessity in building big light path, which reduces space and cost to a great extent and makes it easy to be installed into flying laser marking machines. In addition, S9 series UV laser has more stable laser cavity of better extensibility, which means the same laser cavity can be made into lasers of different powers whose stability are greatly improved.
Excellent II 355 series water cooled UV laser covers 8.0W-10.0W in laser power with short pulse width (<16ns@40K) ,superior beam quality (M²<1.2) and perfect laser spot quality (beam circularity >90%). It is particularly suitable for PE/PCB/FPC cutting, glass & sapphire cutting, drilling, scribing and cutting used in high precision micromaching areas.
MBurn II 355 series UV DPSS laser, developed and produced by RFH, covers1.5w-5w in laser power with short pulse width (<6ns@40K) ,superior beam quality (M²<1.2) and perfect laser spot quality (beam circularity >90%). It is particularly suitable for high precision marking of non-metal materials, high speed scribing of glass materials and cutting of wafer materials.
Expert III 355 series UV DPSS laser, developed and produced by RFH, covers 10w-15w in laser power with short pulse width (<20ns@40K) ,superior beam quality (M²<1.2) and perfect laser spot quality (beam circularity >90%). It is widely used in PE/PCB/FPC cutting, glass & sapphire cutting, drilling, scribing & cutting used in high precision micromaching areas.
